jll16 User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing jll16, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.

Your continued use of jll16 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available at jll16.vip/terms-conditions.

The following eligibility requirements are mandatory. Failure to satisfy any of them disqualifies you from using jll16 and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or engage in any form of wagering on jll16. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. jll16 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

3.2 Residency and Legal Capacity

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under applicable Philippine law. You must confirm that online casino gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable laws in your location.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jll16. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being suspended and any funds held being reviewed or forfeited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jll16 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. jll16 may delay or suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

When registering an Account on jll16, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes. jll16 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jll16 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify jll16 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• jll16 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• All transactions made through your Account are your sole responsibility unless jll16 has been notified of unauthorized access.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts.

jll16 accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods, currently including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jll16 Wallet on an effectively immediate basis. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed subject to standard banking procedures and may take additional time to reflect.

5.1 Source of Funds

By depositing on jll16, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. jll16 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Failed or Disputed Deposits

jll16 is not responsible for delays or failures attributable to your payment provider. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not reflect in your jll16 Wallet within the expected timeframe, please contact jll16 support with the transaction reference for investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your jll16 Wallet are processed in accordance with the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jll16 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, however standard fees charged by your payment provider may apply.

6.1 Processing Times

• GCash and PayMaya: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may vary during periods of exceptionally high platform activity.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time, as displayed in the cashier. Requests after cut-off are processed the following business day.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed identity verification (KYC) as required under Section 3.4.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jll16 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks under anti-money laundering obligations.

6.3 Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Standard Accounts are subject to weekly and monthly withdrawal limits as specified in the cashier section. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher limits as part of their tier benefits. jll16 reserves the right to adjust limits at its discretion, with advance notice provided where feasible.

jll16 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times — as disclosed in the individual bonus terms — before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to one Account per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• jll16 reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited as a result of technical error, administrative mistake, or suspected abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• jll16 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including the use of multiple Accounts, structured wagers designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in voiding of bonuses and potential Account suspension.

7.3 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms will be automatically removed from your Account Wallet without compensation.

All games available on jll16 are governed by the specific rules published for each game within the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rule displays and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.

8.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on jll16 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes facilitated by real dealers in a studio environment. jll16 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Disconnection and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jll16's game servers record the state of all bets and outcomes. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from its last recorded state. jll16 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. jll16 support should be contacted immediately if a game round appears to be unresolved following a disconnection event.

8.3 Malfunction

In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, or system failure that results in incorrect game results or payout calculations, jll16 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jll16 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live table games.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using VPNs, or other methods to circumvent bonus eligibility restrictions or wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting promotional offers for risk-free financial gain at jll16's expense.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated tools, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended).
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your jll16 Wallet.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward jll16 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

jll16 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools, available to all Account holders through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jll16 Wallet.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the requested period and will not be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and financial activity.

jll16 strongly encourages Players who experience any negative effects from gambling — including financial stress, relationship difficulties, or loss of control — to immediately make use of these tools or to reach our 24/7 Filipino-speaking support team for assistance.

jll16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
• Account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months or more).
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for non-prohibited reasons (e.g., Player request or inactivity), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, subject to applicable verification procedures. Balances associated with Accounts closed due to Prohibited Conduct may be forfeited pending investigation outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jll16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, game error, or system failure (subject to Section 8.3 remedies).
• Losses arising from a third party's unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, denial-of-service attacks, or events beyond jll16's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jll16's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jll16.

All content on the jll16 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and written content, is the property of jll16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of jll16.

jll16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how jll16 handles your personal data — including what is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

jll16 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via in-platform notification or email to the address on your Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.1 Complaints Process

jll16 maintains an internal complaints handling procedure. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact the jll16 support team via the in-platform live chat function or by email at [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a substantive response provided within 7 business days. jll16 will make every effort to resolve complaints informally and expeditiously.

16.2 Regulatory Oversight

jll16 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily may refer their matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines.
